About Me

I decided to enter into this work when a very meaningful relationship led me to realize how important it is to have touch in our lives.   I personally observed negative health consequences that naturally occur when touch is missing…especially in our relationships.  This affects our emotions, which affect our mind, our body, and our spirit.  I realized then how powerful, comforting, nurturing; ultimately, how healing the human touch can be.  I continue to feel inspired to share this gift of touch with others, with you--to help you along in your own healing path, whatever it may be: stress management, pain management, preventative care, anxiety/depression, just to name a few; or simply taking time out of your hectic life for a much needed 60 or 90-minute vacation--to still your mind and body, relax and breathe, and essentially honor the most important person in your life: You.
